Harbury Consulting had been engaged to project manage this critical pro-active campaign and provide a recruitment and selection process to identify the best talent in 3 critical areas which would allow them to make their next steps in their evolution in this challenging and mature marketplace.
Harbury Consulting were asked to identify a Managing Director for a new business, Account Director for a critical high value National Customer and a Finance Business Partner for a new national customer account.
